Ingredients: 1/2 cup raspberries, 3/4 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 2 tbs powdered Stevia, 1 tbs vanilla
Directions: Smash raspberries and then incorporate in the rest of the ingredients. I divide into 6 silicone mini tart molds. Freeze. Take out of freezer 20-30 minutes before you plan on eating it.
