Chicken Taco’s

Ingredients: 1 pound chicken breast, 2 TBSP avocado oil, Mexican blend cheese, Siete Grain Free Taco Shells https://missionnutrition.com/products/grain-free-taco-shells-12-count, Spice Beast Power Mex Seasoning https://thespicebeast.com/collections/specialty-spices/products/power-mex-pro-with-protein

Directions: Cut chicken into strips. Season with Spice Beast Power Mex. Cook through in the oil. Place into taco shells. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serving size: 4 oz chicken, 2 taco shells, 1/4 cup of cheese

Peppers

Ingredients: 1 pack shishido peppers, Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning, 2 TBSP avocado oil

Directions: Coat peppers in oil. Put in a pan and let them blister up, tossing as they brown. Sprinkle seasoning.

Serving size: 1/2 the package of peppers
