Chicken Parm with Burnt Broccoli

Chicken Ingredients: 3oz cutlet, 1oz fresh mozzarella, 2tbsp Raos Marinara Sauce, 1/2tbsp avocado oil

Directions: pre heat oven to 375 degrees, coat chicken with avocado oil and bake 15-20 minutes, add sauce and cheese to chicken and bake until melted

Macros: carb 2 calories 280 protein 30 fat 17

Broccoli

Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 tbsp avocado oil, seasonings of choice

Directions: coat broccoli with avocado oil and single layer on a baking sheet. Season. Cook about an hour until “burnt”

Macros: carb 4 calories 140 protein 2 fat 14
