Ingredients: 2 LBS ground chicken, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 4 eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (optional), 2 TBSP avocado oil
Directions: Beat together 4 eggs, whisk in almond flour, cheese and seasonings. Mix in ground chicken. Shape into desired size. Coat with avocado oil and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy like this or in your favorite dish! Makes 6 servings.
