All things health: Why I’m doing carnivore edition
With the name change on social media, I want to reintroduce myself and tell you why I am doing a carnivore diet. New social media name is danielle_m_turco Head over to my Instagram to read more on this.
First, I am Danielle. Welcome to my page. This page was started to hold myself accountable when I began my keto journey. I was at my wits end with my lupus and something had to change. Within 4 months of living keto my lupus was in remission and a fire was lit under my a$$ to inspire others. February marks 5 years that I am in remission.
I am also a fitness professional certified in multiple formats. Pilates is my love language 😂 and I am currently working on my comprehensive certification through balanced body
I am a published author. My health journey, everything you need to begin keto, plus over 100 recipes are in my book. It is one of my biggest accomplishments
In August for my 50th bday, I went to Nashville. I ate like crap. This began a downhill spiral of me keto snacking more than eating real food. I started to feel like crap. Dry January arrived and I wanted more. A reset if you will. Here I am, 2 weeks in and I am so glad I did this. It is the reset I desperately needed.
I cannot wait to see what foods create an inflammatory response as I add them back in. I will definitely be going back to strict keto with one treat a day if I crave it.
