Good morning and happy Monday! In the past week I have been growing and learning so much about social media. I am beyond grateful for the love and support from all of you as I go off onto my YouTube journey. I am definitely learning the new ways of the world. Most people prefer to watch video rather than read. This old bird needs to change with the times, lol!!!
This week I decided to share my 30 minute yoga flow workout. I do this on days I just can’t get to the studio, but still want my yoga and my meditation time. It makes me feel like I worked out my body and mind and can go on with my day feeling accomplished.
Yoga is not just a workout for me, it is a way of life. I need the structure of the flows and savasana in my life. Yoga and lupus have truly made me who I am today. I am forever grateful for the practice that helped me get through my disease and continues to push me to becoming better every day.
