Refecting

I do my best to practice mindfulness every day. A few weeks ago I wondered if I was getting the most out of my meditation time. I went on Amazon and began to search for books on mindfulness. There were so many to chose from . I decided on The Mindfulness Journal after reading the reviews and looking at some sample pages. Each week starts with a reflection and then 7 days of prompts or practices to enhance your journey. I have found this journal so beneficial in my every day life. When I have a trying situation I take a moment to digest it all and then I respond. I do not “react” anymore. If you are looking for something to enhance your daily practice this book is for you!
